One Alpine Meadow Tumblers - 12 oz

This stunning tumbler is sure to catch your eye with its rolling layers of green and teal, transporting you to an alpine meadow in the spring! Soon to be a favourite around the house with its soft, supple surface just waiting to be touched.

I create this design by layering multiple colours of casting slips (liquid porcelain) into a plaster mould before I fill it completely with white porcelain. This results in unique peaks and valleys with no two tumblers ever being the same.

The exterior of the of the piece is sanded multiple times, while the interior is glazed clear to keep it completely functional and food safe. Hand washing is recommended, although item is dishwasher safe.

Please note that raw clay (the exterior of the piece) may absorb colours over an extended period of time, you will need to wash or rinse item after use.
